Good service and fair prices. TCS completed the work sooner than expected, demonstrated excellent communication, and exhibited skill with their work. We will be using them in the future and couldn't recommend them more!

I had no idea what was wrong. Mazi was able to tell me in five minutes what the issue was and a good idea of cost. The laptop was fixed quickly, cleaned up, and is working well again. I'm glad I found them!

I recently upgraded PC parts, and I turned it on, and then the power was on but did not show on the screen. And I need to fix it before Friday because it was before Christmas. So I went on Thursday morning, with my desktop TCS, And I told everything about the situation. So the owner fixed my desktop in about 2hrs. The Service was really fast and nicely done. Will come back in the future if I need any other repairs.

Ever since I first went to TCS, years ago. to have my wife's old computer set-up migrated to her new computer, I have used their services every time I have needed work which I could not do myself. The latest issue, very recently, was getting my computer to boot...it had somehow been locked by a software issue which I could just not resolve. They had it ready the next day and it's as good as new. In every case I have received friendly, professional and satisfactorily quick service. I have never felt overcharged and I have never had to take the computer back because of some issue they had not addressed. They are only a couple of miles from my house, which is very convenient, but if they were all the way across the county I would make the drive...they are worth it.

Previously, I went to another computer store to get my computer fixed. My touchpad suddenly stopped working and my 'J' key was broken. That rival store told me it would take three days to repair since they would need to replace my entire laptop's keyboard. A week went by, and I got a call back from them saying their vendor does not supply them with the keyboard. You can imagine my outrage considering I went a week without my computer for no reason.

Immediately after that call, I picked up my laptop from the store and drove right to TCS Computer. I told the Mazi about the issue, and he agreed to take a look at it. I expected to wait another week, so I left. Lo and behold, two hours later I get a call from him saying its all fixed. Not only did he fix it, but he completely cleaned my computer of any dust/debris! I was more than satisfied. He did not have to order an entire new keyboard as the other store claimed was "needed" and finished the job in less than a day!

When entering, all you need to do is describe your problem and fill out a half-sheet document about your personal info (name, email, phone, etc.). Once done, you're free to go!

I would highly recommend this place over others, simply for how fast the problem was resolved. drive...they are worth it.
